About Gearbox Gurus Leatherhead
Your Local Automatic Gearbox Specialists
Leatherhead's a smaller town but we collect from here regularly, usually from Ashtead, Fetcham or Bookham, and mostly the same story each time: a car that's been fine for years and then starts hunting for gears or slipping on hills near the M25 junction. A lot of it comes down to fluid that's never been changed, which is common on autos that have had all their other servicing done but never a gearbox service, since a lot of garages skip it as standard.
We collect from anywhere in Leatherhead and the surrounding villages, run the same diagnostics a main dealer would use, and talk you through the results before any work starts.

Had a really great experience with these guys. Ross's technical knowledge shines through. It turns out the problem was coming from the ABS module and not the gearbox. They wouldn't accept any payment. Honest mechanics would use again.
